I observe when we come to a place in our lives in which we realize there is more to our energy body than the rise and fall of physical pleasure, we step into a deeper understanding of the Holistic Sexual realm.

Our energy body has infinite ways in which we store, hold, and process energy. Carolyn Myss in “The Anatomy of the Spirit” talks a lot about how our energy systems can hold trauma, stagnation and how this becomes dis-ease.

One of the ways in which we can consciously address these imbalances, is by exploring the energetic realm of our sexual Selves. This takes a courageous heart, and clear vision. With the depth of energetic (subconscious) constructs which are at the heart of our whole energetic creation, these explorations and healing session bring up some deep wounds. *Be forewarned, this work brings up all the stories you have been trying to hide from yourself.

As a being dedicated the the Service of that which is bigger than myself, I rejoice to share with you a new chapter in my life. For a long time, I have stumbled on expressing the words which would best serve others. My internal critic is a very alive and present voice in my internal world. I am human, and part of the blessings I have found on this journey is the Service to share knowledge gained from experience.

I am filled with Joy to be able to share this is a deep aspect of Service. To embody the wisdom and knowledge gained from this life. I am honored to share here. This is truly my Spiritual bliss.

On my journey, I have noticed  internal voices blocking the Goddesses message. My human ego, trying very hard to tell me what is and is not the word of God. Ack! Resistance is futile. I find fear in my mind. Fear of not putting the words in the “right” order (of being judged for poor grammar and poor spelling). I notice the fear of being “unworthy” of these Divine gifts. I notice the different voices inside of myself and honor them for the many facets of this unique, and beautiful being. As I continue to evolve and move through these fears, I embrace the message of the Divine. We are all beautiful as we are.

I declare this a safe space to fully embody the Divine. All that which I bring to session, I bring here to myself. I am called to step deeper into my fears, to explore the depths of Self Realization and continue to bring these gifts to you, for your path, so that you may see yourself in the mirror of the Divine. As I shine ever brighter in my own Divinity,  I may indeed be of great Service. You are here. Something has brought us both to this moment in beautiful, perfect timing. I drove by two that I could see from the road. Happenstance and the attached gas station had me stopping by the Cherry Patch II  (http://cherrypatchwhorehouse.com). I desired to have a conversation with the other sisters whom I honor for their Service in the sexual living realm.

When I saw it was an authentic Nevada brothel I giggled, and danced in joy. This was it! This was a chance for me to get to know my sisters and share my gratitude with them. For me to hear from them what their relationship to their work is, and what it feels like for them.

At first I was giddy with the excitement of exploration. I walked up to the locked iron gate and pushed the button. Then a sense of being in a zoo came to me. Was I here to gawk  at the women? I felt the bars with my hands as a middle aged woman came to see what I wanted. Her clothes were baggy and hanging on her. She shared with me that it was “company policy” not to allow anyone but clients into the space.

Perhaps this is because of “a firm no-woman policy to put a stop to the domestic disputes that broke out, disrupting business, when wives and girlfriends came looking for their partners” (brothel pg. 12) Perhaps this was to bring in as much money as possible. I can not say for sure. I only know how it felt to me.

Another book that comes to mind about brothels is “Callahan’s Lady” by Spider Robenson. A great look into a very unique brothel in the fiction world. Now there is a open, generous place!

Energetically I was stunned. After spending a few weeks in various Temples all over the Southwest to be looking at this picture. I was disheartened.

In the various Temples I have been blessed with visiting, conversations often roam to spiritual and conscious realms. Other brothers and sisters who practice these Arts are welcome to be in the space, and hang out in the classroom/lounge. In contrast to the view and feeling I just had at the Nevada brothel there is a general welcoming flavor (with the exceptions, and challenges I found at one point of my trip).

I asked the woman to please convey my gratitude to the women for offering their service to others.

I felt in my heart a true and painful sadness.

As my eyes took in the whole picture I noticed the structure was a old beat up mobile home parked next to the Bar. There were patches on the roof, and the whole thing felt ramshackle and unloved.

Where was the beauty? Where was the welcoming grace of the Goddess? Oshun a beautiful Goddess who loves opulence and sexuality was outraged.

I practiced out of a trailer for a year. I know how it can feel to create a Temple inside of a space which might not be optimal. Not the stereotypical social/economic standards for the beauty of the sharing…and yet in my heart there is always the welcoming, nurturing Love I have for each person who walks through my door.

I noticed how removed these places were. How isolated. To me I felt like, yes,  you can have your sex, however it has to be in the middle of the desert.

People talk of legalization, and Nevada as a place of “see they have legalized sex work there”…and what I see…and feel energetically is pain. I saw how we segregate our sexual lives to “appropriate” spaces. …how unloved and under cared for these places can be.

I am moving from sadness to anger, and outrage. I am moving from disbelief to passionate affirmation.

This is why we have Sacred Sexuality. This is the deep crux of my journey.

I honor my sisters, who choose to work in these places. I hope it is serving them, to bring awareness and joy into their whole lives. I hope the joy of sharing the physical act with a willing participant touches the clients in their lives. I hope that clients of these women feel the healing and connectedness which can come from sharing such intimate energy. I hope they are able to transcend the monetary exchange for what lies beyond the gates of the Goddess. Seeing another person for who they are, and holding them in that time for the sacred journey that can be shared.

I have returned home safe from my recent tour of the magical Northwest. In my travels I had the pleasure of making new friends, sharing delightful Sensualist sessions, driving through the biggest rainbow I have ever seen and soaking in the hot waters of Breitenbush Hot Springs.

I look forward to returning to the beautiful, green Northwest. I loved Portland. For now, my traveling feet are content. I am going to take some time to feel rooted here in my home, Central California.

As I expand to reach more people in my Sensualist journeys, recently, I have become increasingly aware of insincere seekers. People who are not really interested in their own self exploration, and enjoy spending time creating stories. Stories which serve to titillate their personal enjoyment of “pulling something on someone”. If this is a kink you enjoy, please do not spend time weaving this insincere story with me. It is my mission to hold space for those who have a sincere interest in their own evolution. If you spend my time with deceit I have less time to honor those who truly have something to share.

Thank you for hearing me. I look forward to a shift in consciousness, so that people no longer have to hide parts of themselves. A place where we are all empowered to speak freely of our natural, and honored parts of Self. Where shame and fear do not hold our hearts, minds, and Spirits captive.
